The American Academy of Clinical Toxicology (AACT) is pleased to announce a comprehensive professional liability insurance program offered by NIA Insurance Services. This program is specifically designed for Clinical Toxicology physicians and available only to members of AACT. *
Many consultant services and administrative duties provided by Clinical Toxicology practitioners have not been covered by malpractice coverage.
This Professional Liability Insurance Program responds to this need. AACT members now have the opportunity to obtain access to professional liability coverage to protect them from exposures from suits alleging negligence for errors and omissions in services provided to clients. NIA Insurance Services has developed a Professional Liability Program that offers the broadest coverage for a wide range of health care consulting activities.
